Reflective studs

Temporary or permanent surface mounted road studs, snowploughable studs with increased reflectivity values installed in the road surface and barrier delineators. All types provide high visibility at night and mechanical and optical guidance for drivers.

Stimsonite 101
Snowploughable, high-reflective pavement marker in wet or dry weather with full reflective strength from distances of 300 m or more, improved ploughability due to a low ramp angle and narrower design. Extended life cycle and improved reflector cleaness due to unique glass face design. Guaranteed recyclability of marker castings.

Stimsonite 953
Permanent, fully resistant pavement marker uses an effective system of individual ”double cube, single cell” reflectors, each independent on the other. Any damage within the cell impact area leaves other reflective cells fully functional. Protective glass layer and new polymer blend housing ensure high resistance and extended life cycle in heavy traffic locations.

Stimsonite 948

Permanent sun-country pavement marker with glass-faced reflective surface and low-profiled design. Top edge of the glass, which is subject to the greatest forces, is protected by an extended brow against heavy deterioration. The marker’s rounded corner and low-profiled design increases its durability – it allows radial tyres to ”wrap around” the marker, putting more of the vehicle’s weight on the pavement, instead of the marker.

Stimsonite 88, 911
Permanent stud with a thin glass layer protecting its reflective face. The abrasion-resistant glass surface is self-cleaning and helps to maintain the marker’s reflective values over a longer period of time.

Stimsonite 952 Al
Permanent aluminium road stud. The aluminium body prevents possible damage in heavy traffic areas. It is an improved version of Stimsonite 953.

Safemark
Temporary road stud, applied with adhesive, used for temporary road marking. After use, it can be removed without traces. To ensure a maximum day-time visibility, the body has a fluorescent saturn yellow colour.
